The terms and conditions governing use of ClawShelf, a subscription-based platform for OpenClaw AI Agent Skills

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ClawShelf ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our") — a subscription-based platform for OpenClaw AI Agent Skills. By creating an account or using the Platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
ClawShelf is a curated platform where OpenClaw-compatible AI Agent Skills ("Skills") and Skill Packs ("Packs") are published by ClawShelf for discovery and download by subscribers. ClawShelf provides the infrastructure for listing, payment processing, and distribution.
ClawShelf acts as the seller of record for all transactions on the Platform, responsible for billing, handling refunds, and ensuring tax compliance on sales.
To access most Platform features, you must create an account. You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity.
Free users may browse all Skills and download Skills designated as free. No payment is required.
Subscribers have paid for a Pro or Lifetime plan and may download all Skills on the Platform, including premium Skills. Subscribers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to install and use downloaded Skills within the OpenClaw environment on their own devices. Subscribers may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute Skills.
ClawShelf offers the following plans:
Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You authorize ClawShelf to charge your payment method on file for each renewal. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payments are processed by DodoPayments, our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to DodoPayments's Terms of Use. ClawShelf does not store full payment card details; all payment data is handled by DodoPayments in a PCI-DSS compliant environment.
All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated. For users in certain jurisdictions, applicable sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout and is collected and remitted by ClawShelf.
The ClawShelf name, logo, website design, platform software, and all Skills published on the Platform are owned by ClawShelf or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any Skill or the right to use ClawShelf's trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use downloaded Skills for your own internal purposes within the OpenClaw environment. No title or ownership is transferred. Reverse engineering, redistribution, or resale of Skills is prohibited.

Refund eligibility and the process for requesting a refund are governed by our Refund Policy. ClawShelf has sole and final authority over refund decisions on all transactions.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CLAWSHELF DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLAWSHELF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
CLAWSHELF'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CLAWSHELF IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.
ClawShelf may suspend or terminate your account or restrict your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for:
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ClawShelf is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before taking effect.
